We are looking for our first Founding Engineer. This is a unique opportunity for a highly ambitious engineer to work directly with our CTO and co-founders (ex-McKinsey, Kivra) and take ownership of building our product from the ground up.

You will have full technical ownership and massive responsibility for designing, building, and deploying the AI agents and LLM workflows that are the core of our product. This position is ideal for an ambitious and skilled engineer who wants to solve complex problems and have a direct and measurable impact on the business. You will work side-by-side with our CTO, who has over 6 years of startup CTO experience and has a track record of building elite engineering teams with talent from Spotify, Klarna, Voi, and Google.

Build our AI: Take primary ownership of designing, building, and productionizing our core AI systems - scaling complex LLM workflows and autonomous agents to analyze 100-page procurement documents.
Architect & build: Write high-quality, scalable code and make foundational decisions about our architecture. You'll work with a fresh, modern stack including Python for our AI/agents, Typescript for the front-end, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and deploy on GCP and Vercel.
Full-stack ownership: You will work across the entire stack—from the AI/ML backend to the cloud infrastructure and the front-end that delivers insights to our users.
Shape the product: You will collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO, translating customer feedback and complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
Solve hard problems: Tackle ambiguous, complex challenges in system design, data infrastructure, and AI performance optimization.
